I received terrible customer service from a young lady called Cherie on the counter today. I was depositing a large amount of cash which she was obviously not happy to deal with. Maybe management could have a word and explain about customer care. I certainly will not be dealing with this particular employee again.

I'm with santander for over 13 years now. Never seen this kind of appalling customer service. The woman on front desk is really rude. Shouting while she speaking with customer. If there is an option to give minus star then I would.

Turned up with every possible bit of ID imaginable as I thought I?d lost my card and needed to withdraw funds. Rejected my request as I thought I had lost my card. Ended up getting attitude from the elderly lady on the counter.. embarrassing service!

I went to Santander in St Annes today (Saturday) because the website clearly stated open until 4 pm. It was closed when I got there just after 1pm.Wasted trip. Please update the website.
