No idea how they managed it. My best coat was covered in lily pollen down the back, and I didn't think I would ever wear it again. Came back with all the brown and yellow stains removed (and there were a lot of them), looking brand new.

Took all our curtains for dry cleaning. They did a great job were friendly even helped me out to the car in the pouring rain.Curtains are so much better. The price was reasonable. Id recommend this business!

trashed my brand new cashmere and said it must be 'wear and tear' !It was put in the dryer and bobble PLUS hung on a WIRE hanger.So many 'no no's' right there.

Definitely going downhill - especially if you get your suits cleaned over Xmas ! Suit came out dirtier than it went in - and cost me £23 for two suits. will be looking for another cleaners at these prices for this quality !!

So far this company have ruined over £400 of suits. Last year they altered the sleeves on two jackets so badly that they completely ruined them. Today my wife who needed to get a cream suit dry cleaned for a wedding this weekend picked up her suit to find the trousers had been stained with blue dye. Suit ruined. When questioned the owner became abusive and wouldn't let her have her suit without payment. This is a shocking company and if anyone values their clothes, my advice would be to take them somewhere else. We gave them a second chance and boy have we paid for it.
