Had my expensive velvet dinner jacket cleaned recently, have only just checked it, It has been destroyed, burnt on both arms and the collar, totally ruined, I had it freshened up for a cruise I am due to go on, the only place for it now is recycling bin, if I could not give any * i definitely would have.

Cash only. Generally very good, but refused to accept any responsibility for ruining an expensive duvet cover with some kind of rust-coloured fluid (but did refund the price of cleaning).
