I went into the lytham branch by appointment with my husband as we both had money to move around our accounts, my husband was shown to one desk and I was told I had to go to the following desk which was understandable, both assistances sat by and watched me stoop on the floor while dealing with my ISA account, neither of the assistances wanted to get me a chair that was 7 feet away. I've never experienced this as a 52yr old women while both assistants sat comfortably. Hense to say they will lose my business.i didn't move furniture myself due to covid restrictions.
