Disappointing. Very pleasant lady took my order of £40 plus £5.99 delivery. I?d seen images of bouquets on the website for the same price and was looking forward to my Mum receiving the bouquet but was disappointed when she shared the photo. I get much more from my supermarket shop for flowers than I purchased on this occasion. This is not specific to this florist. I have been disappointed before but always hope for better. Will not be re purchasing.

Requested 2 bouquets yesterday to be delievered had slight concerned as didn't see them. The lady on the phone was incredibly helpful and knew her stuff. Later on I was emailed the flower's and they were amazing thank you so much.

I cannot fault the flowers and the whole process of selecting them by this florist. I had to do an order over the phone for funeral that I would be attending some distance away. They were professional and compassionate and fulfilled the brief 100%. Thankyou.

Poor selection of flowers. Didn't ask me what floweres i wanted for a bespoke bouquet. And the placia wrapper the flowers came in made the entire bouquet even worse. Was embarrassed to hand ober the flowers. Never again.
