Having had our property on the market with another Estate Agent for 9 months with no communication other than that initiated by ourselves, we switched to Lytham Estates. It couldn?t have been more different. Everyone we dealt with was professional, helpful and friendly and the communication was seamless and excellent. We completed the sale on our home just 3 months after engaging Lytham Estates. Wouldn?t hesitate to recommend them.

I?ve recently sold and bought houses through Lytham Estate Agents. The service received throughout the process from the whole team, but especially Michelle has been exemplary. From the initial valuation of my house, through to the completion of the purchase of my new home, I?ve been made to feel as though Michelle ?was with me at every step?. She has been professional but friendly, helpful, and efficient. Her communication has been fantastic ? she has kept me updated on progress regularly, answered any queries I have promptly and generally been calm and reassuring. For anyone planning to sell or buy a property, I can?t recommend Lytham Estate Agents enough.
