Horrible , miserable customer service assistant . From the time I entered the shop , I noticed that the lady at the till was immersed in a conversation with a customer who didn?t seem to purchase anything but rather enquire about a certain product . By the time I came to the till with my products to purchase , good 5-7 min passed and she was still chatting with the same lady . I put my items on the counter hoping to catch her attention . The lady who was making the enquiry noticed that I wanted to check out and she kind of wanted to make her way out . However the assistant on the till took her tablet out and she started to search something and she suddenly started to read reviews of that certain product . So I waited , and after 10 min she acknowledged me by saying? 1 second? , however 5 min later still reading reviews. Behind me was another customer waiting to check out . I left my items on the counter and made my way to the door . I mumbled that the lady could read the reviews for herself on the website rather , and then this mean looking assistant started to scream that ? the customer comes first? . Wasn?t I a paying customer as opposed to a ? just enquiry? customer ? Where is the common sense ? And then screaming not to come back into the store .Be sure I will not . What an absolute piece of work . I wonder if you have behaved that way if this was your own business . I do not think so .

Oh Dear.A very heavily priced shop. Way more overpriced than even back in the day. Actually, goods are priced more than double than the average shop, online, and in physical stores.What's worse the old woman staff member, in the back of the store behind the door, thought I was a shoplifter.Shortly after entering the shop, and as I approached a quarter of the aisle, she pretended to mess around with the shelves. All the while I felt her eyes scrutinising my every move. As I turned to go around the other aisle. Up she popped, her eyes following me about, watching over the upper barrier. Her eyes staring directly into mine over the opposing aisle. And then, when she could see the counter clerk was watching, she hid.I am so sorry to disappoint you, however I have never shoplifted in my life.Hope you go bust.With your prices, it's only a matter of time......Tick tick....

Personally I've almost always had good experiences here, but I've witnessed others receiving less than Stella service, plus sometimes the store has been closed with a note on the door during advertised opening hours....

What can I say , the staff are superb.The staff in this store are fantastic, they walk the perfect line between recommending products and overselling. They listen to your needs and offer some great product choices.Plus the shop is fabulous and I love the new Holland and Barrett look.I highly praise the store manager , he is devoted to his branch and a credit to his company.

Wanted to buy a reduced from 11. 99£ to 5.99£ 500ml coconut oil from St Anne's shop but the lady was charging me full price telling me it's not that one and gave me 250 instead even do the offer was clearly in front of her and also charging full price for 2 shampoos.. Price in shop 2for15 or 9.99 each. Be carefull when you pay.
