“We called into Boots optician’s in Lytham saint annes today , without an appointment. The staff were so friendly and the optician who dealt with us was friendly, full of knowledge and really happy to help us .Her name was Maria Pieczka .
We had quite a few queries to ask her , and she took such care to answer every one of them .
We left feeling so much better .

“Its ok , the opticians was very professional, felt a little mift that when i was spoken to by a skinny youth and i got the question wrong about my address he laughed to a young lady assistant, maybe he was trying to impress her ? , i did explain i was going deaf, i felt no empathy from the staff at all , i think they needed more training on older people,”

“Excellent service, one pair of my glasses aren't right and I am able to change them. Only downside is, I wish there was more choice of frames. Staff very helpful.”
