Used them to search for a new property within Lytham St Annes. Nothing was too much trouble, all staff were approachable and personable whenever I contacted them. The sale 'fell through' - not due to agent's actions but due to vendor - but staff were still incredibly helpful and apologetic for my lost sale. Would recommend to anyone
