I don't often bother writing reviews but felt I had to on this occasion.
Went for dinner here for our wedding anniversary and left disappointed. Firstly the staff were absolutely amazing, friendly, welcoming and helpful.
Secondly. The food was average at best. The garlic mushrooms starter...The mushrooms were like rubber and impossible to chew. The soup was far too thick, it was almost mash like... The main courses weren't much better either, the spaghetti carbonara was bland, barely any carbonara sauce and the ham pieces were chewy and undercooked. The pizza flavour was overpowered by the herbs that were on it & the pizza dough seemed stodgy. As I said the staff were brilliant but it's highly unlikely we will eat there again.

Came here mid week for the first time to celebrate my Husbands Birthday. We were given a nice table with plenty of room so didn't feel packed in. The staff were superb, nice and friendly and nothing was pressurized so nice and relaxing. The food was lovely, came quickly and we really enjoyed all aspects of the night. We will def be back. Thanks for a lovely night.
Update - went here again last night. The food and service we received was exceptional. Dominic was great fun and very efficient. All the staff very helpful and upbeat which makes such a difference. We really enjoyed the whole night and will make it a regular place !!

Update - came here again last night with my friend. Few issues. My friend had the paella ? which she said was small and tasteless. One prawn and two small pieces of chicken. Dominic brought her some chorizo and Tabasco to add but it was such a small portion for £22 ! My pizza was only half cooked. Half the base was raw and inedible. My ice cream was 3 scoops. More like 3 curls and for £7.50 was unacceptable. My friend had sticky toffee pud n she had one tiny curl of ice cream. I complained and £5 was taken off the bill. Staff here are lovely but some items on the menu are definitely out for us. Shame we had so many issues to deal with. ?
