Usually this place is amazing and never get it wrong but after ordering for collection this evening the pizza was terrible, cheese was missing off half the pizza and the other half had all of it, bearing in mind it was a half and half pizza, 3 slices of it was correct the other slices was a combination of my order and my partner?s of which we don?t like th combo together, couldn?t eat the pizza as was just terrible, however to the young lad who asked for the order name, your a genuinely nice lad thank you.

Horrendous customer service! They missed off a topping on my pizza. I called them up and they agreed to replace the pizza next time I order. I called a few days later to redeem and they had no knowledge of this at all and even told me ?it never happened?
Called in to see them and they were rude kept saying I was making it up and wouldn?t honour their side.
As I was there though, 3 other people had complaints with their food. Whoever now owns this franchise needs to go back for training. Will Steer clear of this one and use Squires Gate now.

Avoid this Dominoes. Horrendous customer service. They made an error with an order 2 weeks ago and called to offer a replacement pizza and garlic bread for the next order. Called this evening to receive this and they have no information relating to the order or the offer for the free replacement pizza. Spoke with Koushik on the call who simply repeated the line to call back tomorrow to speak to the manager. Avoid.

Used to be good.
Today I ordered on app - it notified me it was ready: turned up and thry looked confused (screen beside them showed my order as being ready). Eventually they said come back in 5 minutes. It had already taken 8 minutes longer than the app had said it would.
5 minutes later I went to collect. Noone in sight. I sat and waited for few minutes. Eventually I shouted hello a few times to get someone to come out from the back. He handed order over and walked off. No apology.
