A lovely warm room, nice ad clean, fabulous shower. Food on-site if you want it. We managed to get a parking space right at the front, otherwise there is parking on the promenade.
Would recommend and stay again.

Had a weekend for my birthday very friendly and helpful only a breakfast here and they very good letting you have anything that's not full breakfast like I requested bacon and tomatoes on bap
Rooms: Had twin beds room was very good
Walkability: Easy to walk if you like walking went walk along promenade to fairhaven lake then on to St Anne's on Sea took over an hour

Stayed here a few times,but rooms need some tlc. Room for a sml table & two chairs in the room,just one chair. No coat hooks,no drawers. Good big bed,but mattress too hard for me. Great staff,if you need anything for the room,are very accomodating!
