Most staff rude, unfriendly. I waited for my turn as anybody else, then I asked a nice lady for some of the then asked for the price, and the lady next to her was shouting at me " the prices are their on the wall", she literally scared me. This is not the first time, their rudeness is unbelievable. Even the doctors who studied 7 or more years are more modest, nicer,... than those unprofessional staff. If you are depressed they add to your depression. I don't want to go their anymore.

I have the same batch medications every month. Every month there is a problem with 1 or more of the items. They tell me to ring up to let them know I'm coming in to collect. I do that and hours later I go in and the assistant then digs out the prescription and takes it to the dispensers. 40 mins later I'm informed that they don't have some items - so the point of ringing is?? The new pharmacist then said to give a couple of day's notice so they can make sure everything is there. I then ring on Monday and go in on Friday to find 3 items aren't in. When I complained the new pharmacist said sarcastically 'I'm so sorry that the new system I have put in place hasn't worked out for you sir' and walked off. The counter staff could not be more helpful but they are clearly overrun having most patients from both surgeries and, for me, the pharmacy is running at well below par. Changed to St Annes pharmacy on St Albans today. Let's see eh?

As a good chemist, you need to train your older lady who serves us.Rude is an understatement , this lady speaks to everyone with distain, and everyone is an inconvenience.Please sort your employee out as she has dilusions of grandure.

Appalling service at Cohens at Poplar House. I waited over 40 minutes for my prescription. When I complained and called the quality of service pathetic one of the assistants laughed at me.

Cohens Chemist has always struck me as having friendly staff and hard working, It certainly is very popular and they deal with that by working really fast and even when they are busy the staff are still helpful and pleasant. The Chemist always looks clean and well presented. I would recommend Cohens Chemist in St.Annes Health center.

I have never had any problems with getting my Repeat Prescriptions for My Medication and i always get a Message off Cohens Chemist when they are ready to Collect

Came for some advice after forgetting to order my diabetic insulin. All staff and the pharmacist were very polite and helpful, the pharmacy layout helped to guide me to where I needed to be given covid restrictions. I have been made to feel bad previously for forgetting to order but given the current circumstances I was very happy with the help the team gave me. I will definitely seek their advice in the future!

Had a wonderful service while the older lady on the front counter but she is now back with a vengeance she has tried to berate me in the past but she only gets away with it once. Been going in same day they were given without issue go in at 11 it?s not already on the shelf waiting it?s waiting to be signed off. Was told today one of my meds was in but they couldn?t dispense it. I asked for the prescription but she then told me she couldn?t find it or she could send back to me here it came from.Needless to say Iuse the patient access app and I removed them as my nominated pharmacy.
