We called in on Sunday with our Granddaughter as she’s starting school in September. Her first pair of school shoes. The ladies in the shop were so welcoming & put a shy 4yr old totally at ease. What a miserable experience, one member of staff looks confused, the manager abrupt, sharp mannered unfriendly and dismissive if you query anything, the manager is totally unsuitable to deal with customers and the public. Very disappointed l will only go back when l am desperate for my grandchildren shoes.

Lindsey helped us and my 86 year old mum today…she was so patient, kind, helpful and funny. Mum came away with a smile and a great pair of shoes finally, after lots of times trying. It’s those little things and a lot of solid advice on sizing and we got there in the end.. Advice for more sales staff, is ‘be more Lindsey’!!... read full comment
