They lied and told me given me a de cafe coffee when it wasn?t . I asked he for a de cafe cappuccino for me and my friend , she lied and the carrot cake the give us was off. We won?t be goi g there again

Very dirty place, tables are not cleaned. One person from the service very rude. I got a glass with coffee spilled on the sides and bottom, I pointed it out and asked for a small plate under the glass. She only threw tissues on the tray. I do not recommend this place.

Always find Cafe Nero one of the better coffee shops. The staff polite & friendly, great coffee and good selection of food compared to other high street coffee shops. St Annes was no different.
