We called into Boots optician?s in Lytham saint annes today , without an appointment. The staff were so friendly and the optician who dealt with us was friendly, full of knowledge and really happy to help us .Her name was Maria Pieczka .
We had quite a few queries to ask her , and she took such care to answer every one of them .
We left feeling so much better .
