Man behind the pharmacy clearly inexperienced. I asked for a prescription off SPINE. He Didn?t know what this was, then asked for my NHS number which no other pharmacy asked for? Like we all know off the top of our heads. Offered name, address etc unwilling to help. While stuffing his face on the job. Won?t be returning and unprofessional service. Staff looks miserable and rude too also asking for peoples personal details in the middle of a store. I don?t know how this complies with GDPR?

Needed a Pharmacy , called the ones I was Recommended locally they either did not answer or were Rude , I called their store and a lady called Steph answered and was very helpful, I went to the store to collect she was polite and professional- Thank you a definite 10/10 from me !!!!!

The team who work here are professional kind discreet and upbeat Nothing is too much trouble Indeed as I have relocated from central Lytham to Ansdell where there are nearer pharmacies attached to my Health Centre I still choose to collect my medication from Jane Adam and all I also choose to have my vaccinations here as I feel safe valued and unrushed The retail part if the store is bright spacious and welcoming Visit with Confidence

My experience a year ago at Boots?I?ve never been so insulted in my life by a PROFESSIONAL person. The pharmacist Jane is horrible. Rude to her own staff too. No idea why Boots have kept her on. Nasty and bitter.

If I could give this place no stars I would. Tried everything they asked in order to get emergency cancer treatment drugs that I needed. Obstructive, unhelpful and actually almost vindictive in attitude when challenged. Deliberately put up obstacles in order not to help. Walked around the corner to Tomlinsons and was sorted in three minutes. Pharmacy needs closing. Avoid

We would like to thank the lady for being so helpful when we went to book our Flu Jab at Boots in Lytham unfortunately we couldn't get it done there but she phoned a local chemist in Lytham and got us booked in for the next day thank you for your help as all the staff have always been very friendly and attentive thanks
