Complaint Regarding Staff Behaviour
Dear Boots Customer Care,
I am writing to raise a complaint about an incident at your St. Anne?s store on 19th August 2025 at around 3:25pm.
A tall, bald, white male staff member who was stocking shelves responded very rudely when I politely asked if I could move a trolley to reach a product. He huffed, stared at me, and then pulled the trolley back aggressively without offering any assistance. His manner was unnecessarily hostile and made me feel very uncomfortable.
This experience was disappointing and unprofessional, and I ultimately left without making a purchase. As a result, your store lost my custom. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

Messaged to say prescription ready to collect. Visited shop to be advised pharmacist not available as diverted to Lytham branch. Seems St Anne?s is bottom of the priority list, same last month but diverted to Blackpool branch!!
We can they issue text to say prescription not available for collection and save everyone a trip!!! Pretty Poor service - last time I?ll be using them!!

Handy little Boots located in the heart of St Annes town centre. Great for picking up everyday essentials, toiletries, or a quick browse of health and beauty products. Pharmacist sometimes available and staff are helpful. Convenient and easy to pop into.

I visited the St Anne's on Sea branch today to collect an order and was helped by a very nice lady called Maureen. I have been served by the same lady multiple times now and she has consistently been very pleasant and helpful. Maureen is a credit to your store and I just wanted to point out how helpful she is and a pleasure to deal with.

I use the Pharmacy. Good comminication by text to let me know when prescription is ready or there is any delay. The staff are really pleasant and helpful.

Went in with a lady i support to collect her meds and George looked at the computer and said 'nope,computer isnt working,it wont scroll down'thankfully the female staff on another computer found it and asked me to come back for it in 10 minutes whilst at the same time George was saying come back in an hour for it?What on earth has happened to customer service these days especially from younger staff members.

No word of a lie. Saturday 27th July 2024, went in for a few things, the female manager, actually running around the store, informing all the young sales assistants how important she is and she's not in store tomorrow Sunday 28th July 2024 as she is on an investigation at another store. Talk about being unprofessional and blowing smoke up yourself. Stood at the counter with a number of items to the value of £30, female manager and sales assistant both on their mobile phones, not an acknowledged or anything. Left the items on the counter and went to Superdrug. If that's the state of play with Boots, no wonder they are closing stores down. The world has gone mad.

A fairly small branch of Boots, quite well stocked with most things you need.
Staff were friendly and helpful.

This is a clean, bright and large Boots. Sadly, the sales staff are far too busy to be polite, helpful or even give eye contact to customers. After 3 visits, they have repeatedly been unable to even answer simple questions or make alternative suggestions. Extremely disappointing Boots.

Enquired about receiving a flu jab without an appointment yesterday morning and the pharmacist had time to do it there and then. Great service ?

Great, the product required by my mum no longer in store, but always obtained by ordering and can pick up a few days later.\\n\\nThe points system is very good and alot accumulated ready for a rainy day as it were.
