I?ve been with this practice for over 50 years. I can honestly say they have been great. Helpful, kind, understanding. I?ve been fortunate to be Dr Reid?s patient since he joined the practice and he is a fantastic doctor. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough

Very poor service. The doctors are OK, but trying to get an appointment with one of them (there are 12), either over the phone or online is impossible. Shameful!

We have been with the practise 5 years or more after moving from another drsSurgery that we were dissatisfied with.We certainly made the right move and have always been treated with utmost respect by all staff.Have had the best treatment ever and hence being in best health we can be for our ages! It's almost like they do everything possible to avoid seeing patients. They tell you to book on line but you can't. Try phoning but only if you don't have suicidal tendencies. In fact, the receptionist will tell you to queue outside early in the morning to maybe get one of the few appointments available some time next week. Absolutely shocking

Disgusting wait times while phoning up. 1st call I was 7th in the queue, went to 6th after 30 mins waiting! Tried to call back later on and was 5th in queue, after 50 mins waiting I was still 4th in the queue! The place closes in 10 minutes!!! Been trying to call since 16:00 it's now 17:50! 52 mins on hold this time! Disgusting! I've been a patient here for over 30 years and it just feels like the dedication and commitment to patients is truly slipping. Used to get through in about 10 mins tops.

Highly recommend this practice great Gps/Nurses reception staff always friendly and helpful same with the secretaries when I have been put through to them. Downloading the Patient access is a must I may not get to see the same GP all the time but I do manage to get appointments.

Utterly shocking surgery, avoid where possible. Receptionist is clearly in the wrong profession, i have complained previously and nothing ever changes. They treat people so poorly, would give zero stars if google would let me
