Do not use completely useless and rude. Checked closing times on Saturday 3rd April and turned up 45 minutes before closing. When i arrived the woman behind then counter ignored me and was counting the till, this went on for 10 minutes without acknowledgement, a simple I'll be with you in a minute would of been ok. I then made my enquiry and was told I was to late even though it was still 30 minutes until closing. Very very poor customer service.

Being using this shop for years, Ann Marie and Tracy are very helpful and professional in everything they do. Will do what they can to help always. Wouldn?t listen to the negatives on here as I wouldn?t use anywhere else

Got a new key cut for my son for school, however after having problems with the key due to an old lock (barrel turned wrong, also did it with a key cut from another cutters), I decided to replace my front door assembly (same day) got 3 new original Yale keys. I took the keys with me to Morrison's Timpsons explained what I had to do to the lock, the lady was more than happy to replace the key free of charge. Very happy.

I went to Timpsons inside Morrisons today for a Mother's Day mug and a girl called Angie served me me and she was absolutely unbelievable she was so polite fantastic and what an employee to have she was brilliant she could not do enough for me well done! Dean

What a rip off..... £230 for a replacement screen for a galaxy s8 which is more expensive than samsung direct with longer lead times..... but either way you can buy a reconditioned s8 cheaper than you can buy a screen.I wont even ask how much to get s key cut

Multiple trips to get keys that actually fit. Gave up in the end. In this day and age is it that difficult to cut a key?

Terrible customer service, some staff need training on customer relations, often not open advertised time although staff are in.

Absolutely fantastic service,went in at 11 am and needed a suit done for 3pm,the girls took it and said it wasn't a problem at all...went back just be for 3 and it was all done ironed and bagged up....them two women who work in there are stars....Anne and Steph I think they're called....would recommend to anyone....
