Partner went in to return a parcel to Evri and the lady behind the counter refused to take it because apparently she had taken in too many parcels and she could barely move behind the counter and it was becoming a trip hazard. With all due respect, not our problem and my partner had taken time out his break to come and return the parcel so a big inconvenience for him and a wasted journey. Massively unacceptable.

Small shop so choices are limited. You'll find most basic household stuff. Can't really fault it. Free cash machine outside and usually plenty of parking.

It looks nice enough, but I haven't been inside as being a person who reads the parking contract when considering using managed car parks, a condition stated here is a minimum shop spend of £70 and I'm not prepared to spend that much and enter a contract I can't honour.

Handy, but refusal to accept cash at self service machine is inconvenient for both customers and staff. Overpriced, which is expected, but over the years, I have encountered an unusual number of rude and miserable staff for one store. Small tight car parking spots often deter calling in and the no cash at self serve is causing more queues .

make sure that no one gets to buy anything without a mask... I have just come out of the Clayton le woods express having just seen 4 people without a mask. Then I was told by the deputy manager that the staff can not enforce it....When the sign outside say clearly that it is mandatory.
