Stopped to shop between two buses that didn't quite connect. Late at night, only the disabled toilet is open (which to me seems sensible to avoid cleaning, vandalism and other issues). Generally use the scanners/self checkout, not had any problems, smooth and easy to catch an employee for any tags/checks.

Toilets stink so bad, there’s a caffe right next to it, it’s awful , you complain to staff and they say it’s nothing to do with them,
