The usual clean standard in the shop, the food was promptly prepared and wrapped, the server however was very polite, chatty and yet efficient ??, when eaten the meal was excellent, nothing to complain about with the shop but when using the new app I find it very buggy and sometimes difficult to navigate, have to sign in anew every time to open, the biometric sometimes doesn't work meaning having to type in

Went in to use the last of my rewards up before the subway app changes so I ordered a side of nachos with extra cheese and less salsa as they usually drown the nachos in it as i was waiting one staff member came from chatting loudly in the back with another coworker to finish up on my order i got home to find my nachos had been burnt to a crisp and had less cheese than a micro pizza this isnt the first time it?s happened and im annoyed even though they were technically free it still cost me basically £20 for them how hard is it to listen to basic instructions what if it was something to do with a food allergy

Absolutely shocking. Made a 42 quid order and had to wait 2 hours and the only item they got right was one bottle of dr pepper!!! Nearly everytime we order from here the order is wrong. How hard can it be to make a sandwich!!

It's a subway!Clean seating area, fast service, process that seen to creep up all the time (like everywhere else at the minute I suppose)Would benefit from a clear menu on display, there is only a selection of named deals which is frustrating.

That photo is a photo of Hearty Italian bread burnt to a crisp. There is no way they have made that and been happy with what they?ve produced there. Absolutely shocking. Whoever is responsible for making that needs the sack, if this was my franchise, and I had staff making this quality of Subs I?d be disgusted. Genuinely would not feed this to my dog. Straight in the bin.
