Been served by Elizabeth. She wouldn?t let me collect my parcel even though I turned up with the ID and she had my parcel in her hand. She said contact Yodel. I rather send the parcel back and get a refund. Elizabeth obviously bored and that?s her entertainment to make people?s lives more difficult. ?

This is my go to shop, better selection than all your other little stores. Separate post office, Butchers, fresh made sandwiches, including hot breakfast items. More of everything in this store, prices not to bad on some things, way to high on others, like everywhere nowadays though! All staff were friendly and helpful today, and went above and beyond, so thank you ?

Normally a really great Spar store and I will nip in often. However last time I was there, I was waiting in the queue and a gentleman was ahead of me with a guide dog. He was chatting away with the woman on the tills even though he had finished paying and she was chatting back and even making comments to make him stay there. I tried to be patient but then another colleague came up, I assumed that she would hop on the tills to help with the queue, but then rather than doing that she came over and started making a fuss of the dog! Forcing me to stand there. I understand that the staff want to interact with the community and its nice to do so, but not at the determent of actually serving customers

A very well stocked store with a butchers counter and a post office counter. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The store is always clean and tidy. Parking is available at the front and the side of the store.

Best spar by far! Got flowers given to me today by the cashier as it?s Valentines Day! Lovely act of kindness. Butchers is great too. Always handy and always pleasant staff

Disgusting behaviour from a staff member some little Anne Robinson with a supervisor name tag talking to staff like rubbish and telling customers that the management are rubbish and slagging staff off felt sorry for the guy on the till with glasses he was ever so lovely, but that supervisor I think Liz disgusting behaviour to witness while shopping.

improve on all staff knowing the correct and same information as each other
specially to do with the buying and selling of
pain relief
whether you can buy for example 2x iburaphen together. or as iv been told your not allowed to has to be 1 paracetamol and 1 ibruphen
even tho several times iv been in this store and brought 2 x ibruphen due to I can't swallow the paracetamol only liquid . and I struggle but I do just about cope with ibruphen as there smaller

Nice little gem of a shop, a big variety of different choice products available for customers, nice clean tidy shop well presented and layed out making it easy for shoppers to navigate, most of the staff who work there are cheery, welcoming and they are willing to help and are accomodating to your needs (except for a few misreble as sin type members of staff who look like they would be quite capable of biting your face uf you used the wrong tone of voice at the wrong time of day, unfortunately they give off the persona that they'd rather anywhere else in the world than be stuck serving a customer at a job they seem to be appreciative to have, i suppose you get that type of staff member in all walks of life so don't let the fact she may look as tho shes an angry aggressive person ready to take a bite out of your face put you off, she probably only barks and looks like she'd bite) fingers crossed she snaps out of her bad mood come Christmas time, it's only eight months away from now so there is hope hahaha. Apart from that lil hiccup.... It's a really good shop to have locally and we are lucky to have the pleasure of using it.Thanks to all the non-bitting members of staff for your continued service.It's really appreciated.

I bought a tango ice blast, cherry it tasted musty, no taste of cherry at all, it was awful, I have never had an ice blast that tasted like that. I would have complained but I was on my way out and had driven way.

Always there when i need milk or vodka :) staff always very helpful even while rushed off their feet, shelves always well stocked and they even put away one pack of flour for me during the shortage in lockdown.
