Ongoing since covid , my 15 year old daughter paid to have a part ordered for her laptop , Deposit paid as requested I have a receipt, part couldn't be ordered , it was hard to get back to them due to covid , after lock down finished I have had texts that I have kept making promises it will be paid , I get that you had covid alot of us including myself have had it , I'm tired of asking for her money back now so I take it they are keeping the 40 quid DO NOT GIVE MONEY UP FRONT, I held back from leaving a review I try to support small businesses

asked if he could fix my sons motherboards he said he will try repair them iv messaged him 4 times with no reply it has been 4 mouths and has not contacted me regards to repairing them would avoid this person!!!!!!!

If I could do minus stars I would. Took my phone with a cracked screen, he told me it would be fixed within 2 days. 6 days later he still had my phone and the part had apparently not come even though it was due next day. Took my phone back he said he'd ring me when the part came, still waiting 8 weeks later. Nothing from him yet.

He fixed my daughter's tablet within minutes for free! He was very quick and professional and it was a good service :)

The guys here at SOS did an amazing repair on my iPhone after it completely turned off and wouldn't come back on! It was fixed on the same day I took it in which I wash shocked as I thought I would have to return for it days later, the guys make excellent communication and will try to match or beat the price on any other quote you have had! I would highly recommend these guys and i will most certainly be returning for any future repairs!!!!

Excellent, helpful & a great price! I left my laptop with the guys as a whole folder had disappeared & I was stressing about it! They managed to find & recover the folder along with everything in it! Really pleased (and relieved) ð???
