The Best gym I've ever trained at. Nostalgic feel, with a definite rise in gains. Music is juke box and the tunes are always playing. The Owner is top lad and is always open to help and discuss your needs and concerns with your training. You will not miss out at SAS.

£5 pay as you go is over the top.Place needs a hoover.Decent spit and sawdust style kit though with lots of variety.
