Great, honest, no nonsense facility. Tons of equipment. No extortionate direct debit contract business. PAYG, pay for a month or pay more long term and get 24hr access.

The Best gym I've ever trained at. Nostalgic feel, with a definite rise in gains. Music is juke box and the tunes are always playing. The Owner is top lad and is always open to help and discuss your needs and concerns with your training. You will not miss out at SAS.
