Incredibly rude member of staff from the Leyland branch yesterday. Attitude was bordering on aggressive, shouting and threatening to lock a member of the public in the carpark who was trying to donate boxes to the back of charity shop next door.

Great bank which is very technologically oriented like myself; you can actually deposit money in the cash machine outside which is perfect for me! Much better than HSBC
