Service is so so slow! You wait & wait and there?s often four people busy in the pharmacy and no one serves customers. When they do serve it?s tedious and repeated questions and errors. I?m sure there?s a better more effective way to run a pharmacy.

Professional and friendly service. I booked my seasonal jabs and when I got to the appointment, my blood pressure was a little high so I was offered 24hr monitoring there and then. Next day on my return the results were downloaded, a print out was given to me and the results clearly explained along with advice on slight changes to lifestyle. Nothing was rushed, all professional and friendly. I can thoroughly recommend this pharmacy.

Absolutely fantastic pharmacy! With living with a chronic condition iv used many pharmacies in my time but this one wins hand down. They are absolutely incredible. They genuinely give a stuff about their customers and have always gone the extra mile to keep me out of pain. Even when there has been complications with prescriptions they have sorted it very quickly. The staff are lovely. I can?t complement them enough! AMAZING chemist, AMAZING staff.

Rowlands as a group, have decided to trespass me for asking why all my items weren't present! They took the descriptions of my focal seizures as a reason to do so! Disgusting, immoral and corrupt practices. Their security manager seems to think she's above the law and she doesn't need to follow legally required practices in investigation of complaints.....How is describing my seizure a threatening experience?Basically scum of the earth as a company go....Repeated breaches of HRA 1998 and Equality Act 2010, plus a number of their staff have committed hate crimes against disabled persons.... tut tut

Lovely staff, always helpful and knowledgeable. Some of the nicest people I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Best to avoid early mornings as that's usually when deliveries are received/shelves restocked etc. When I have been into the pharmacy I haven't had to wait that long.
