Rating this business is difficult... The reason I have given it 3 stars is because I don't feel that the store is layed out in a hueristic fashion I do almost feel like items of stock have been chucked all over the place in a disorganised fashion... It is the same in most Morrisons stores... I feel also that the pricing is unclear on certain items I feel that the people on the shop floor aren't customer focused and that you are slightly overlooked as someone who's essentially paying the bill for their wages... Something doesn't sit right

Just been to the customer service. I had just filled up at the station with fuel, and did not get my points on my card after scanning. The young man did not understand stand me when I tried to explain so tried the inshore customer service desk. The lady behind automatically looked unwelcoming at me and told me abruptly " you'll have to call customer service desk. We don't put points on the card". I just had to walk out the store without doing any shopping. Made me feel looked down on. She had served the lady before me all pleasant and made a comment in a nice tone to the lady after me. Why choose me to be rude too.

Sparsely stocked so issues raised on my last review still haven't been addressed. Store seems disjointed in placed with 'specials' baskets with random items near the tills. That said, this time the tills had sufficient staff.

Ok store but the staff could be more visible on the shop floor. When I found a staff member and I asked for assistance to find specific items I was told it's on an aisle or maybe at the front of the store. I didn't find this helpful.

Shop here every week, no cash machine ever works, one as now been set alight, never any Holland's meat Pies and Spoilt Pig bacon for my Mum, Some Managers can't get there ordering right, because the discount self is always full of Vegan shit !!

This one of the worst Morrisons stores I?ve ever shopped in, some of the staff are rude and absolutely horrible. As much as I like the brand the staffs are a mess. Still recovering from several traumatic experiences I had in this particular store.

Cooked meat 4 days out of date being sold in the fridges and dirty self service checkouts.
Also, since changing three quarters of the tills for self service checkouts, I found myself waiting an age for assistance today as they're not staffed properly.
I've been a regular to this store for years and it is certainly not what it used to be.

Products on the wrong shelves, shelves have large empty spaces and 3 or 4 items I was looking for had no prices on. These are the fundamentals of running a supermarket. If you can't be bothered nor can I.
