Missed off a big Mac on mcdelivery through the McDonald?s app, no access to previous email so just have a paper receipt and no one?s taking liability for the mistake. Called up explained that I am willing to come and collect it myself but still no effort in helping me after they made a mistake. Just awful tbh, can clearly see on cctv that you haven?t put it in the bag, so why such a big issue about actually letting me collect something that I have paid for. The Big Mac was clearly one made ages ago and then they opened it back up threw on the extra requested items and put it in the bag. Disgusting and not fresh at all.

Awful. Large McPlant burger, fries and lattè coffee. All except coffee VERY COLD. I thought perhaps the salad had cooled the burger although I did try to eat it straight after waiting & collecting it but the fries were still "chilled & uncooked".Total cost = £7.59 so I returned the meal for a replacement. Fries hot this time but burger still tepid.
Staff not happy replacing the food (I kept the coffee).
The ordering screens were filthy so glad I still carry anti-bacterial sprays from the Covid days.
Not a happy customer ? so I won't be returning to McDonald's franchise in Leyland ??

Zero customer services. Very Rude Staff, especially the shift manager victoria. No customer services they need training or new staff.

Ordered ahead on the app in order to save time and went to collect from the drive thru. Big mistake! It took 18 minutes to get through. No apology for the painfully slow service, only to be presented with a lukewarm Big Mac and a chicken wrap that hadn't been wrapped and all the ingredients were in the bottom of the cardboard tube! Also, no napkins in the bag. I am seriously considering deleting the My McDonalds app and avoiding altogether as it's rubbish way more often than it's good!

Staff are not that much co operative and specifically for delivery guys. Take too much time and dont even listen and attend. Since there is no other Mcdonald in the area and next two are in Chorley.. these have great staff and service..

This has to be the worst McDonald?s for customer service I have ever seen, 5 times I have been here and seen poor customer service but tonight it was my turn for the poor treatment. A 15 minute wait at the counter to get salt and then I had to give up as staff in the back just stood back and watched me wait as if it was a game. I ask staff for assistance but was ignored. The owner needs to get a grip of these staff and teach them some customer service skills

Car order. wrong order had to go in to get it sorted .and once again cold food. My apple pie was burnt and hard fruit in side dry .
