Worst lidl store i have been in. The female staff member on the checkout is so ignorant and obnoxious. This is the second incident i have had with her were she sees you walking upto the checkout and she walks off the till straight past you knowing your going to the checkout to go and do something else. ( I've seen customers just walk out on a few occasions as there is no staff on the checkouts). I looked down the isle to see her moving cardboard and totally ignoring customers at the tills. After standing there for quite a few minutes I left my items on the checkout and walked out as probably other customers did as well. I will not be going shopping in there again while she is on the checkout.

Drinks were luke warm not the usual hot, I know it was cold outside but we only went in to get a warm drink before carrying on with our Christmas shopping.

Still needs a bit of TLC, the store looks a mess. On a positive note they have some fantastic products in store. Some nice speciality food. The girl on the checkout did not want to be there, she looked disinterested. They need to get their act together.Aldi are leaps ahead, Lidl are where Aldi was 15 years ago. No staff presence no customer service, but decent products work it out Lidl.

A good store with friendly, helpful staff. Clean and tidy. I tend to find that stock can be either quite low or have no stock in various products. Sell by dates are short, often the next day or two, as such frequent visits are needed to buy fresh produce. It's no longer possible to buy a full weeks shopping! The main car park, which is shared and public, is away from the store, not ideal for disabled people in particular. Often queues form of cars waiting for McDonald's drive through, which slows down access to Lidl as it is single lane only. It is a bonus having this supermarket in a small town and in time it would be good to see it relocate onto its own land and not share land and car park with other stores.

This is always our 1st choice in Lidl supermarkets, the fruit and veg are good and the staff very helpful and friendly.
