This was the state of my mother in law's car AFTER having a triple foam wash at this IMO. Absolute joke to pay for a car wash and it to still look like this afterwards. Seemed to be more things on the car after the wash than before: bits of the roller things and all sorts. Won't be returning.

This is generally a very good car wash ...friendly staff and good wash especially the ceramic wash.....BUT the side rollers have been broken for months ....surely these should be fixed by now ...come on IMO you can do better

Rude !! I've been using car washes for years , I know not put my hand brake on , your member of staff had me go forward 3 times to then reverse because your machine kept stopping because YOU sent me to early, I'm wondering if you had spoken to a man the same way !!

Load of rubbish. Part of the car wash doesn't work and hasn't for months. The staff today couldn't be bothered to pre wash my car with the brush even though I went for the more expensive option. I had to ask him to do it and he said its already clean which it isn't because my car hasn't been washed in 5 weeks

Omg ,I paid £35.00 to these guys ,however I won't ever be returning ,could of done a better job myself in probably 10 mins ,smeared windows ,missed carpets under the seats dash wasn't cleaned ,absolute waste of money ,go somewhere else or do it yourself ,don't waste your money on these so called car valeters, omg absolute waste of money

Washes get more and more expensive, and I don't think ive ever been through when it's working fully just paid 14.00 for the next to top wax and none of the wax jets were working so basically got a 5.00 wash

Poorly Maintained. I have just paid £10 for a premium wash and wax as as soon as I got into the wash it was obvious that the right hand brushes were not moving inwards. I went through the wash without the brushes on the drivers side touching most of the car. As soon as I exited I drove around again to point out what had happened. One of the staff went and got a tin of WD40 and squirted the mechanism and released the sticking brush. He then returned to my car and refused to give me another wash telling me my car was clean enough. It was only when I refused to move the car that he phoned the manager who was still refusing to allow me another wash. It was only when I pointed out that I had a recording of the wash not working and the guy "repairing" it with WD40 that he relented. However I only got the basic wash second time through. My fear is that if the wash is so poorly maintained that brushes are sticking it could be liable to do serious damage to a car if they, or the drier, don't move out of the way as they should.

Hawker at Towngate, Leyland PR25 2FN did a fantastic job with full valet. My car was smelling nice and he did a fantastic job with the carpets and over the moon with the work he did thank you IMO Car Wash
