30 mins from order to door, coleslaw dated today - warm and tasted off and pizza stone cold!!! So much for a treat. Definitely not worth the money

Ordered two pizzas and dough balls, and wow?what an experience! Not the food, mind you?that was painfully average. But the price? Oh, that was top-tier comedy. Felt like I?d stumbled into a reverse happy hour: ?Buy one, pay for two!? Honestly, I thought they?d accidentally charged me for the rent on the oven they baked it in. Next time, I?ll just eat my wallet directly?it?s probably more satisfying and way cheaper!

The pizza they sent was nice but not the one I ordered so low star on service. Couldn't be bothered getting it redone. Would be full 5 stars if I had the correct order. Also I think the garlic bread has gotten alot smaller since we last ordered.

I had an order at work with friends and they got the order wrong rang up to tell them and they said it?s close to closing ring up on another day and we will replace your order ok so I have now rang 4 times and bin hung up on 4 times on the same day they do not want to solve my problem and keep hanging up on me this will be going to head office as it is out of order and the worst customer service I have ever experienced hope the £57 was worth it as I now see it as my personal challenge to stop people from using this branch also trading standards will be informed

Fantastic service. Ordered online to collect in person on the way home from dropping my youngest off at a party. Part way home my engine malfunction light came on so I made the decision to nurse the car home rather than collect my pizza. I phoned the shop and the fantastic lady organised for the pizza to be delivered! It was delivered very quickly and was very tasty too.

Found hair in my cookies and pizza. I was told I couldn?t have a refund and they would only investigate if I sent the food and sent it to head office even though they had photos confirming it. Really disappointing service! Poor care and consideration to people?s health and safety.
