I decided to sell my family home and opted for a smaller independent agent to sell the property. I prepared the house to sell and put it on the market. I sold in just under 5 weeks. The viewing data tou receive is interesting as well as telling you what sites your property is being marketed on. The sale went through seamlessly, making what is a very stressful time manageable just. It was the first time I had sold in literally 25 years, but I did it and so can you . So don?t delay call Ben Rose today, and who knew Ben Rose is an actual person!

I would just like to take this opportunity to say thank you to Ben Rose for completing our house sale. The team were really encouraging and positive throughout the whole process which can be very stressful at times. The team were friendly and keeping us up to date on the house sale. I would definitely recommend Ben Rose and we would use them again in the future if we decided to move again.

Can't fault them at all! Ben Rose were the agents for the property I was purchasing and they did everything they could to assist, move the process along, and were a great point of contact throughout the whole process. When things with the solicitors seemed to slow a little, they were right on the case doing what they could to ensure things progressed. All of their communication was clear and polite, and their service was pretty great; never having to chase or wait long for a response to anything. Great experience with them overall!

Firstly, I would like to say that the agents who dealt with the sale our property were very good & our house sale completed in less than 6 months. However, subsequent to our sale there was some issues with the completion statement for the estate agent fees, which was to NO fault of our own. Since this time, we have received extremely poor customer service. We have acted as reasonably and proportionately as is possible & Ben Rose should be ashamed of the way in which they have conducted themselves for such a high profile local estate agent.

Wow - incredible company to deal with. My partner and I have 2 properties and were looking at several options for our next move. It was a complicated request as there were a lot of other factors but in the space of 3 days we had viewed a property they had listed, had an appraisal on our home, spoke to their recommended mortgage advisor and sling-shotted back to another appraisal for renting out one of our current homes. Also, this was across the Leyland and Chorley branch due to location of homes! There wasn't a question we asked that they didnt have the knowledge and resource to help us with. We were helped and guided by (In no particular order) Carolyn, Aaron, Jordan, Marie, Kathryn and Louise (ZigZag Mortgage advisor) Unbelievable precision on how our enquiry was passed through their fantastic team with no repetition of our details needed. These guys REALLY know what they are doing and whilst we have put our search for our Forever Home on the back burner for 6-8 months, we will most certainly be using Ben Rose & ZigZag Mortgages for all of our future needs. 1st class service, above and beyond in every aspect.

From our first meeting with Catherine and throughout the whole process of selling the house it has been a pleasure dealing with Ben Rose Estate Agents.Kind, considerate, friendly and so helpful to complete novices as we were. They guided us through the whole process and kept us up to date and informed at every stage. Communication was excellent from everyone.It's a tough time currently selling houses, and as we've learned, there's usually a few hoops to jump through or a few twists and turns in the road ahead. We worked through it, they couldn't have been more helpful in getting the issues dealt with and the sale completed with very reasonable fees.All in all we couldn't have asked for anymore. Highly recommended to anyone looking to sell or buy a home.

An absolutely excellent Estate Agent team who handled my house sale with professionalism, efficiency and courtesy throughout. After having previously tried another Estate Agent to sell our house, we used Ben Rose in Leyland. We immediately noticed the difference... attractive and eye catching house photos, lots of potential buyers visiting the house and quick feedback after the completion of each viewing. Needless to say, within a very short time, the Ben Rose team had found a buyer for our house and throughout the whole sales process, kept us informed. They really made the process of selling the house smooth and worry free. What a fantastic team who come highly recommended!

I decided to sell my house late August, Era Davidson and the team where amazing from the first communication to the day of completion. The house went online on a Thursday, by Saturday I had 25 viewings. On Sunday I?d received 12 offers. Monday SSTC! Over to the solicitors who were also on the ball. A bit of backwards and forwards with the buyers solicitor. Era was also there during this time trying to push them and keeping me and the buyer informed along the way.I would highly recommend using Ben Rose estate agents.

I would highly recommend Ben Rose, in particular their Leyland branch. Catherine was particularly helpful from the moment she valued my property, right through to negotiating the best price possible when I had received the offers.From the quality of the photography to the marketing of my property, I couldn?t fault a thing. The ladies worked so hard to do the viewings and keep me updated with feedback!My home sold in 3 weeks and completed in a further 6 weeks!Excellent customer service!

In March /April 2022 we put our house on the market with Ben Rose and also purchased a house with them. The process was smooth and we were kept updated throughout. The office staff are friendly, courteous and efficient.

Hi They are the worst agents i have ever met. I gave them the highest offer but still they refused to give me the house without any legitimate reason. I think they are discriminatory towards Asian or towards me. Shame on their worst discrimination.Details: Offers ended on Thursday evening till then my offer was not rejected.Friday morning one of the ben Rose staff told they got higher offer on Friday morning other staff told vendor just gave to someone other person. Very confused discriminatory staff without reasons.If the offer that got accepted was higher then they should inform clearly and no need to hide because offers were stopped thenThey play games to discriminate.Not honest or clear process.Shame on them.They don't care buyers ...... only they care about are Sellers.I would not recommend any buyers to trust them.Check their reviews mostly Sellers appreciate them.Buyers don't don't trust them.
