I had my car MOT'd at Protyre today, and I was very impressed with the service. From the moment I walked in, the staff were friendly and welcoming. I felt confident in their expertise and trusted their assessment. The car was ready when they said it would be. I'll definitely be using them again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy garage.

Couldn't change my tyre after a flat as the fitter was on holiday. The bloke filled up my tyre so i could get to the next garage ?very helpful ?

Really enjoy bringing my car to these guys. Have had my mot, service and air con done here. Very reputable. I struggle to trust garages after being ripped off by the likes of Halfords and other local garages. But I try to come back here whenever I need too. Really friendly bunch. Usually use my preston branch but came to Leyland for the mot as preston doesn't do them. I will definitely return when I need them. Highly recommended.

My exhaust dropped off on the motorway I was on holiday I popped in to your branch they quoted me £600 I went down the road got it for £ 277 I think he was going to rip me off so I don't recommend them

Avoid at all costs - Take advantage of young female drivers. Make sure to price check the cost of your tyres!!
My tyre went in for a repair after a bolt went through the middle of my tyre, no courtesy call was given to inform me I would need a new tyre, the bolt was removed and tyre unrepairable leaving my car stuck here with little to no option than to get a new tyre with them.
After quoting an eye watering price for a tyre, I spoke with my colleagues and local garages and it fast became apparent they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes.
After a couple of back and forths, there was a miraculous £90 drop in price, matching another local garage. Whilst I am extremely grateful they matched the price (credit to their front facing staff), a WARNING TO OTHERS to not accept the initial price quoted. The company obviously tries to rip people off and take advantage of certain customers which is shameful - I?d hate to think what would happen to more naive customers!
If I could have taken my car to another garage I would have.
Hate to write such a bad review for a local business, but unfortunately I?ve been left with no choice after my experience today. It fast became apparent the decline in their customer service comes from the powers that be, and not the front facing team.
