We've always had a lovely experience. The staff are professional and friendly. If something is not in, they've quickly ordered it for us.

Rudest pharmacist I've ever spoken to. Avoid if you can.

Nasty place. Had been issued emergency antibiotics for ill mother.Went in, they said they hadn't got them. Rather than just ring the dr's surgery they told me to go around there. I did and was told the prescription had been sent electronically to the chemist. Walked back to chemist. Woman quickly ran to door and locked it even though it was only 17.55pm. She looked at me clearly and then pretended to be blind. I've since found out she's married to a vicar or something, who needs Judas hey? Then entailed an awful trip to Kendal hospital for my poorly mum which could have been avoided, if not for the incompetence and selfishness of the Well pharmacy

The pharmacist is the most rude, vile woman. She should Not be working in the health sector. The way she speaks to her customers is horrible. I've heard nothing but bad reports about her and experienced this myself this morning. Avoid if possible... Go to Ingleton chemist. All other staff brilliant, she really needs a career change or maybe a year in charm school.

Helpful staff, arranging extra and early prescriptions when I'm going on holiday. Good service from good-natured staff.

I've heard several people comment on the service from Well in Bentham, usually in a negative tone.

I work in a care home which used this pharmacy to provide medication. The pharmacist was persistently rude and unfriendly to my staff team including myself on more than one occasion. We decided to change supplier purely down to her lack of people skills.
Today I have been in there for some personal advice about a possible tick bite and to queory lymes with what looks like a bulls eye rash. The government advise you to see your pharmacist first with rashes etc. She clearly thought I was wasting her time, very unfriendly, patronising, unhelpful and just plain rude. Given I am 8 months pregnant you would have thought she may have understood my concern of lymes disease. she could seriously benefit in some training in customer services and her position within the health system. Horrible attitude to take towards a customer requiring a little help and advise, I won't be asking her for anymore.

Terrible service always waiting never have full Perscription. Say they are going to do something and not done. No one takes responsibility. Extremely poor customer service. I think this pharmacy needs a shake up.

There's never anyone in sight when I walk into the chemist's now - the choice is to either wait and hope, or call out for assistance. When I suggested a bell on the door, the chemist answered that she would find it annoying.
Apparently I can now access my prescription in a variety of locations, so there will be no need in future to bother the chemist, whose interpersonal skills, in addressing me both as "Sir" and "Dear" alternate between the obsequious and the patronising.
