I have never been to this opticians before, so about two weeks ago I had an eye test, the Optometrist did the test,( I would have liked her to explain the results but nothing was explained to me only that all was well), and then a lovely lady Ruth took over, and she was so lovely very efficient and very professional in her job, yes I can recommend them.
