“We visited last year after a bad experience with Blackburn store Cara and Lynne were fantastic and took it apon then selves to help fix my holiday/wedding They went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough. I called back in today to try and sort something the Blackburn store couldn’t help with and again Cara was fantastic. I have no issues recommending Tui Lancaster, the girls work so hard and deserve recognition. It’s just a shame I can’t say the same for Blackburn Tui, Thanks again I really appreciate all your help x”

“Visited today at Ovangle Road, Morecambe, around 1pm, 30th December. I asked a young man where I could find a product. I wanted to commend him because he really went over and above to help. He wasn't sure where it was, but later he came running up with the product, small or large. I chose one. Then as I was looking for a tin opener he came up (he was working nearby) and pointed out the Asda product of the previous request, which was cheaper. I wanted to put in writing but there isn't a section for good service! Shame.”
