Worst network provider in the uk!!! October last year was when the issues started, no internet in my house or even in town, when I call to complain, some how it?s my fault, even though the automated check tells me they have service outage in my area, then I get offered, 7 pounds off of a 40 contract that I can?t use!!! Insult to injury, hearing them on the radio, ?we have the best 5g in the uk?
Either all 5g is terrible or they are out right lying, been with them for over 7 years now, bring on Vodafone, Singapore in the house and out and about, I have never despised a company more than 3 mobile

Reception around rural areas is getting worst...same in some areas of LancasterWill also be quiet helping if after telling customer services (about 100 times) to delete my details and that I'm not interested of any offers or promotions,to STOP calling me every day!!!

Only 2 staff on being a Sunday and they were both dealing with customers. There was a 20 minute wait before we were even acknowledged.Once a store assistant became free, she was polite and got to the root of the problem pretty quickly, even though tech team on the phone had advised of something totally different.All in all not a bad visit, just would have liked to have been acknowledged.
