A lovely cafe run by lovely people they made us feel very welcome, the young waitress is very attentive and cheerful and the breakfast we had was delicious well cooked and good portion size. On a recent trip to Lancaster we found this delightful cafe on Bashful yard just off the main shopping centre. We enjoyed three visits during our stay. the breakfasts were cooked quickly to our liking and served by friendly welcoming staff.

Very nice food reasonably priced, and, one of the the best coffees I ever had in England.
One of Lancaster’s Longest standing cafes, a “hidden gem” down Bashful Alley. Serving all day breakfasts, home made soups and specials, as well as tasty lunches and proper tea & coffee.
