I recently went to The Borough for dinner prior to a show. I used to love going to The Borough, the food was always really good.
We arrived before 6pm, so we were offered the school dinner menu, essentially all mains were £10. I was so surprised to see they were now charging £1 extra for peas and £1 extra for gravy!... read full comment

found on a stop over in Lancaster . Staff so friendly and helpful, gorgeous venue comfy and warm , Food (Sunday dinner) was really very good at a reasonable price . Will be back thank you .. traditional pub charm with warm and welcoming staff

We had an excellent experience, the staff were really helpful, they went above and beyond to make our surprise birthday celebrations special. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. Definitely recommend.
