Visited around 1:20?pm for a meal deal and the man on the counter was very rude and unapproachable. He refused to sell me Red Bull without ID, despite me being well over the age limit and having bought it here many times before without issue. Even if refusing a sale, staff should at least communicate politely and professionally?this attitude completely ruined a simple visit.

Absolutely awful experience at this Tesco, all because of a staff member named Matty. My friend and I went to buy a lottery ticket. I didn?t have my ID, so I stepped outside while my friend, who did have valid ID proving he?s over 18, stayed to make the purchase. Still, Matty aggressively refused to sell, insisting the ticket was for me?even though I had already left. His attitude was hostile, accusatory, and completely unreasonable. From the moment he saw me, he treated me like I didn?t belong?like I wasn?t legally allowed to be here. It felt deeply racist and humiliating. This was the first time I?ve ever experienced such cold, unfair treatment in the UK. I felt sad and upset and I don?t know why i was treated like this? All because I?m Asian or I?m Chinese??

Most of the staff are rude and inept. On the plus side there is a little blind spot in the corner where you can go toilet.

They never have any forks for the pasta pots. Every time I go in I ask staff if they have any and they always say no. Yet they are still selling pots of pasta. You have to wonder why they are still selling them as no one is ever going to buy them

The frozen food I buy here is ALWAYS covered in freezer burn :( It ruins the chips completely. And the single ice lollies are squished from having melted before being frozen again.
