Served by a moody blonde/ grey haired karen that has no manners and just stares at you when u ask any question and speaks in a condescending manner. Other than her, the food is good and other staff are pleasant.

The food is good but the staff specifically one woman was very rude, she?s a small woman, mid 40s greyish/blondish hair with black chunky boots who worked today on a Monday at 15:30 who was an absolute Karen and when I asked her about the meal deals she gave me loads of attitude for no reason whatsoever, the other workers are very nice and friendly but this specific woman is always so rude and moody and its happened twice now and my friends have said the exact same about her aswell, makes me want to stop going just because of how rude she is.

Absolutely ridiculous. Came in a couple of times in the past few days, and received very unpleasant service. Was served by the manager every time (the one in black polo shirt). I used to work at the Subway in uni in my first year, and so I know what has to be done. The man didn't change the gloves after the last customer, and also when taking the vegetables after touching the meat, used the same knife he just cut eggs with to barely cut the bread open, and wrapped the whole sandwich with deli paper, which should be thrown away instead. Soggy sandwich, a complete waste of money for the 3rd time. Hope next time I can be served by someone else. Edit: now having a bite the sandwich, the bread is also stale.

Enjoy this Subway regularly. It's the same as every other subway in the entire world. With the added bonus of amazing staff who go over and beyond to make the experience a positive and magical fun filled time. Duane is particularly attentive and a really friendly guy. Their cookies exceeded expectations.
