The customer service here is TERRIBLE, i am a frequent customer here and i have not met a single KIND employee who made my experience enjoyable.
One employee in particular, a white, ginger, male, is particularly rude. He has frequently messed up my order, and when i politely ask for something to be fixed or for a drink that was forgotten about, he is incredibly rude about it. He asks each question with such a harsh tone and also mutters his questions, making him difficult to understand, and when he repeats himself he speaks with an even more disrespectful tone! He has no manners or people skills.
I happen to love the food, which is the only why i keep returning, even though the staff clearly have not been trained well enough.

Hardly no fillings not much sauce about 2 pieces of onion terrible, church street subway a lot better gives lots of filling lots of onions sauce ect looks like a proper sub don't go to penny street one there awful

Paid £1 for parking to get breakfast, no gluten free bread, no eggs, no wraps. At least I can eat the parking ticket

AVOID - AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went in to claim the 4.99 footlong offer which the app said was for ANY sub. Ordered mine and the worker said I have to pay an extra 1.20 for bacon. Questioned them on this and they couldn?t give an answer. Expected them to waive the 1.20 but they clearly haven?t been trained and so she said it?s 6.19. Extremely poor.

Served by such a nice man !! He was really friendly and chatty which made a nice change. Sadly I didn?t catch his name but he had longer brown hair and was working on 8th October

Just been told I'm only allowed 3 gherkins per 6 inch sandwich which is a bit of a joke seen as though I don't like any other vegetables on my sandwich or sauce. Will not be going here again, no other subway has a problem with this?

Pretty much what you would expect for the average subway. About seating for 20 people, near town, and takeaways.Parking: There are about ten parking spaces close or near to the subway.
