I visited starbucks today and I wasn?t happy with customer service there and I wasn?t satisfied with one of the workers there, but the rest of the staff they were lovely.

It's a Starbucks with nothing peculiar. Often busy but the staff work fast. And yes, the classic "they can't write your name correctly" too

I don't visit Starbucks very often because although their coffee is good it's always nearly cold when served. I've never had that problem at Costa or Nero'

Friendly staff and clean premises. A good cortado. Clean loos upstairs and there's plenty of space to veg out and do some study using the free WiFi.
Wheelchair accessibility: Disabled toilet downstairs and the outside door is wide and powered.

Here is you find an interesting door.It is door for wheel chair accesible and all others.I got confused how to open the door but there are button on a left hand?

The shop is tired and needs a facelift. Tables not cleared or cleaned.it was very busy at the time. They were very quick to take orders and payment but slow to deliver the goods. Some people waiting 15 minutes for a takeaway drink.

Where to start. Starbucks is a treat for many, this on the other hand was quite the opposite. In need of an upgrade and deep clean. Every single chair and sofa was filthy and stained. Upstairs felt like student accommodation. One coffee for 25 students 6 hours stay steamed to be the offer of the day. Costa is around the corner so go straight there instead.

hi this is a lovely place however i have mentioned that my favourite drink the chai creme frappe was unavailable on the app (i asked in store if they had any chai and they said yes) and i personally don?t like ordering in person as im very picky and have extras, i order in the app.
