Poor service with sending and receiving shipments. A shipment I sent remained undelivered in their warehouse for 12 days. When I went to look for it, they claimed it was not possible, then they found it. Unfortunately, the customer who was supposed to receive it had already canceled his purchase due to the delay.

Awful service. i drove from preston just under 1 hour there and then 1 hour back to collect a package from the store. The store had received the parcel! But mystery to them it had disappeared! Manager not very helpful. He kept saying this happens regularly! In my opinion if this is the case something needs to be done! Unless hes benifiting from missing parcels ? Only positive was the lady behind the till very polite and tried to help. But the manager needs to sort it out as the book stops with him!

The staff here are always so friendly and on several occasions have packed my bag for me. The shop has a wide range of stock and with relation to my needs, the pricing is competitive. Thank you cheerful staff - always have a pleasant word with me.

The staff here have bever been anything short of lovely, supportive, kind, ..I don't know what else to say other than thank you.

Very good friend of mine once told me that a good convenience store is underpinned by the hard work of the people that work there. At this convenience store, you can expect the very highest levels of service. There is a pleasing mat to wipe your feet upon entry, and an Amazon locker for the tech savvy among us.

Long wait in a queue, now on several occasions. Colleague was shopping and rest of team huddled around her chatting. By the time I got to be served there was a queue of several people and only one Checkout on. Just felt lack of service.

Staff member had a go at me and my mate because our contactless was declined, it wasn't a big issue all we had to do to solve it was to put the pin in but staff member made a big deal out of it
