Brilliant service helping me find a lost parcel last night. Two girls behind counter jade and emma i think they were called. So helpful and polite. Great store with lovely staff.

Iv been into store on many occasions and 9/10 out of ten it?s a brilliant experience and the staff are always 10/10 but the your girl with red hair that was working last night 3/3/24 is not an asset to your team in my opinion. She was load and obnoxious, she made me feel uncomfortable the way she was talking to her other staff member, so I?d hate to think how other customer feel. It seemed she had to talk loud enough for the whole store to hear her, like she?s something. She seemed very patronising when trying to drop off a parcel..made me feel like it was below her pay grade and she had better places to be. Not everyone wants to know the ins and outs of the running of the store or dramas that may have occluded between staff. I believe some training in customer services would be helpful as she doesn?t have any. I will beI will be returning to the store due to the other staff members being so helpful and lovely!

Excellent Friendly Staff. A girl called Stacey is the best, she's fantastic. Wide range of hot and cold food. Have a number of offers on from Month to Month.Offers a very good Parcel Service too (which doesn't get in the way of shopping or customers.)I did object once to paying £4.50 for a very large bar of Cadbury's Chocolate. I purchase alternatives weekly that are far cheaper !Keep up the good work in 2024.

SPAR- shop- like a shop(what you expect from a shop)- belonging to a BiG chain/group/net, however- about this one I need to write something- because as a ?neighbour? and a closest shop near my home- I should be happy and shopping there more often/regularly- at least for everyday essentials like a milk or bread etc,etc- but I'M NOT- Because:That shop is TOTALLY TAKING ADVANTAGE from:- LocalisatioN- there is only one of ?different? grocery shop, but because it is one of a ?bargain boose? net- it is assortment is totally different (not a lot articles to choose from);Prices in this shop are HORRENDOUS!!! Everything is overpriced so much- so (literally) I'm not going to that shop for any ?bubbles?(I mean: articles) -like a milk or bread which in that SPAR (writing that as an example)unbranded loaf of a white 800g bread it is· £1.80- what means about: it's 100% more expensive like elsewhere (and that is just a one article);- milk(whole- blue top)4pints- 2.00£ - elsewhere=1.45£ what mean 52% more like elsewhere;- box of rizlah= 0.60£ ... elsewhere: 0.30£ - what means another 100% overpriced;And this are only three of articles which I've chosen to show how bad this shop is. On top of this will come not very ?pleasant? stuff(personel)- which behaves with some strange type of attitude which made me feel not welcomed (that's another one thing which I've chosen).When I've wrote about that advantage (so you can understand better what I meant): there is only one other grocery shop, area is mostly occupied by elderly people or students (because is located out of town or on way to Lancaster University).Also- so ?You? don't think about/like i'm/my expecting/expectations are: to/so they give anything for free and such; and I'm understand that about they need earn/have they ?cut?... but their prices are even more like a PREMIUM, & even fact about a SPAR net it is One of the Europeans big companies- and (especially because of that fact) they don't OveRPricinG ?their? articles because Noone will going to shop in their shops and ?they? have no CLIENTS!!!I can warranty about that not a brand is causing that HORRENDOUS prices in this shop- and I'm sure about as an Clients we can influence all sort of changes in shopkeepers behaviour and even push them to stop ?being so greedy? and make that prices more ?friendly?- and I'm sure about we both can win in shop at this location;~))sincerely- Client(peace!!!)
