Not everywhere services IPads and Simtec were recommended to me. The guys were very helpful and efficient and my iPad is back to normal. Very pleased with the service. I will use them again.

Used Simtec a couple of times (as has my wife) now and always had excellent service. They clearly know their stuff for one thing, they fixed a fault with my phone really quickly as they already had a part. But on another occasion the manager helped me to just change a setting which solved my problem. They are very reasonable price wise and looking to do right by their customers. Only place I?d go to now.

Brilliant service, I couldn't repair my phone due to water damage, purchased a new phone with some money off, then stupidly damaged my screen and he repaired at cost price and put a free screen protector on to save me from further phone disasters.

The charging port on my iPhone was broken, by the time I'd had a coffee in town they'd repaired it. Incredible! Really impressed. Top quality service and at a great price. I can't recommend Simtec enough.
