I have shopped here many times for myself and for the company I worked for. The staff were very knowledgeable as sometimes I needed help to identify plumbing parts, fixings and tools. We need an all round shop that prioritise customers needs that help make a purchase. Thank you and I'll be back.

Purchased tools break down after a few months. They sell old batteries and then there is a problem with repair because Makita does not repair old batteries. It used to be a better store

decent but make sure to be ready to be identified when you want to pick up a pressure washer you ALREADY PAID FOR, but in all fairness at least nobody is gonna steal it before i get there so it is still a top place!

Smooth experience. I ordered online and collected the items here. I didn?t expect the items to be larger than what I anticipated. They barely fit in my bags, so the customer service agent attached a binding wire to my bags? handles to make it easier for me to carry. It?s not always you get treated so kindly, so I loved the experience!
