I have impaired mobility. I walked a very painful mile today to do some banking business to find it was closed for re-furbishment. Is this a prelude to permanent closure. No happy with your banking service at all

No help what so ever.
Had a problem with an account Santandar closed (but held on to the money) and we have been trying to get the money back but "Steven" in the branch said there was no mamager at the branch and made no attempt to help by calling head office or anything instead just giving us a phone to call the customer number ourselves ... 5 calls we have made so far and still no money.
Good job they are closing Santandar branches as we wont be investing with them or Cahoot ever again.

If only I could give it zero stars. This firm is unprofessional and doing business in untimely manner. They are not to be trusted as they do not go by the customers? deadlines that are crucial to the customer. Their way of not doing their job is costing the customers a lot, but they don?t seem to care. Peoples? lives are ruined due to their unprofessionalism. This is very sad.

Good service good staff apart from these closing times when I don?t finish till 4pm in the week and the one at Morecambe as been shut down now you got less staff at Lancaster I think it?s unfair on customers I need to get more than your machine can give me As in money And got things to pay out hope you give this some thought on customers who been with you long time and those who haven?t thanks

Partner has paid cash into the machine twice recently for it to be eaten. Spent around 20 mins on the phone on hold the first time - We hung up. The number was to contact them "urgently"! re the cash machine.Wouldn't recommend as the branch kept him waiting at least an hour whilst they balanced the cash machine ..... as if you'd make it up!!
